Selected work
Eight bodies of work across content design, UX writing, technical documentation, content strategy and editorial. Each page shows the problem, the decision, and the copy that shipped.
Strike
2025 Introducing urgency to a product that had never had any Strike customers had only ever bought, sold and sent. Bitcoin-backed lending added states that expire, obligations with deadlines, and a cost for doing nothing. The content had to teach that before anyone committed, then get people to act correctly under time pressure. → Strike
2022–2025 A content system to preempt people getting stuck A layered architecture across tooltips, help centre, education library, notifications and email, wired to a feedback loop with customer support so that the copy kept moving toward whatever was actually costing people money. → Strike
2022–2025 When the documentation is the product demo Strike's API had no sales team and no trial. A developer evaluating it decides within ten minutes whether integrating bitcoin, Lightning and stablecoin payments was tractable, and the documentation was the surface for making that decision. → Strike
2022–2025 Shipping a US product into markets where it isn't the same product Establishing a company voice in a second language, at the volume of a full library, while the product itself changes across borders. Loans that disburse in stablecoins, and remittance corridors serving two audiences who barely overlap. → Coldcard
2026 Shipping a content team's output in three months An education library, product comparison pages, walkthrough guides, and content template system, scoped from a keyword audit and built with AI carrying the volume. The scarce input was not production, it was deciding what to build and knowing when a draft was not good enough. → Coldcard
2026 Building guides to adapt to how people and machines search Coldcard's technical documentation was thorough and written for people who already owned the device. The opportunity was a separate guide layer, at its own address, written for someone doing this for the first time and structured so that search engines and AI assistants could find it. → Independent
2024–present Scarcity & Abundance A publication about the ideas shaping the global economy, and what the world looks like when AI and robots cause goods and services to fall to their marginal cost of production. →
